Hello!
We hope your summer was all you hoped it would be and you are
ready for the new school year. Just think, kids who were born
in 1997 and '98 will be moving on to high school after this year.
Wow!
We are anxious to start collecting all the needed info to keep
your Medicaid funds flowing. Please help us by making sure that
your district’s contact information and list of allied health
care practitioners lists are current.
When iTAMES administrators login they will find a "District
contacts directory" link below the Administrator heading
on the orange menu bar. Click there to quickly and easily update
the info for staff who work with TAMES.
It's also easy to make sure that only the current service practitioners
are listed in the system and that they have up-to-date email addresses.
Under the Administrator heading on the orange menu bar, click
on “iTAMES user management and reports” then “Create
or modify", then the "Edit all users" button to
see an easy to manage list of participants.
We ask that these lists are updated by September 2nd. Please write
or call if you have any difficulties.

iTAMES website update
The iTAMES website was recently updated with a much cleaner look
and some upgrades to make it even faster and easier for users
to manage caseloads and record services.
Here's
what's new:
• Horizontal menu structure instead of left margin—see
all options right across the top
• Drop-down sub-menus eliminate clutter and let users to
go directly to the page needed—one click to the service
entry screen!
• Caseload list built-in to the service entry page—record
all caseload services from one spot
• Step-saving Quick Find feature used in several places
• Option to set the home page that opens after login
• Username display and logout relocated to top right
The new site was created over the past several months incorporating
a series of visual and functional enhancements. Many changes were
a result of suggestions from iTAMES users. Thank you for bringing
them to our attention, you helped make fee-for-service recording
easier for everyone!
If you would like to begin using the new version now, click here.
Then drop us a note to let us know what you think.

We
would like to help
Are you receiving all the Medicaid money your district is entitled
to receive? TAMES wants to help you achieve that goal in 2010
and beyond.
Your staff will find it easy to use our iTAMES website to record
services. The online tutorial helps new practitioners learn how
easy it is to build caseloads and record student contacts. And,
it's a great refresher tool for the veteran providers. Administrators
can help by ensuring that all staff who should be reporting their
services are set up in iTAMES, then iTAMES will report who is
entering services and who needs a little encouragement. Contact
us if you would like to know more about iTAMES.
Moving on…
Though TAMES no longer prepares and files your Medicaid Administrative
Cost (MAC) claims, we will continue providing your fee-for-service
billing services. The loss of MAC claiming has caused us to say
farewell to Dave Miller after his many years of managing the administrative
claiming services for us here at TAMES. We appreciate all that
Dave has done for us and our clients and wish him well in his
future endeavors.
